Assetz® has all the answers covered for you. Adding a new service to your repertoire can seem daunting but we take the stress out of this new business venture with our Assetz Partner Programme. 1. What services can you offer me?

We will provide you with all of the information, support and assistance you will need for successfully promoting property investment and property finance services to your client base.

This includes:

  • Access to our Partner Programme Portal – allowing you to keep track of your due commission and your cases – you will know exactly what is going on, how much you will be paid and when.
  • Regular email alerts keeping you posted on the progress of your cases and when you can expect to receive your income from them.
  • Assistance with your web marketing initiatives – essential in today’s market. We will help you create your web pages and provide you with packaged white label sites to improve traffic to your site and improve the service range offered on your site, all increasing your potential profit from this sector.
  • Marketing in a Box – Assetz has created this revolutionary and unique marketing solution for our Partners. No other property company has taken the initiative to deliver the entire marketing package that we do. We have ourselves experienced the frustration of working with companies that do not provide all of the information and very limited marketing material and have designed our Marketing in a Box solution to deliver the exact opposite of this. With Assetz marketing is made easy, there is no time wasted on half-hearted attempts to promote properties, and our effective marketing solutions ensure that property or finance shows and seminars instantly become profitable.
  • Seminars and workshops designed specifically for Partners/ Agents. We have run seminars and open days for our clients for years and now we are offering the same education and advice to our Partners.
  • Seminar and workshop facilities for you to use if you would like to invite your clients to learn more about property investment and finance.
  • Face-to-face, three-way meetings with your clients. We make ourselves available to you and your clients so that all parties can meet face-to-face when doing business. This allows you to reassure your clients that you are working with an extremely professional set-up and that their property investment and property finance needs are being dealt with by experts in the field.
  • Newsletters, news updates, market research – keeping you in the know so you remain knowledgeable and can provide added value to your clients.
  • Products and services that your client could not get elsewhere making your proposition unique and inviting.
  • Due diligence carried out for you so that you know the properties / mortgages are the best for your clients.

2. What services will I be able to offer my clients?

  • You can offer your clients one or all of the commission paying services plus any of the non-commission paying services if they are of use: Services that enable the Partner to receive commission.
  • UK and/or Overseas Property. Our experienced UK and overseas Property Consultants offer a wide selection of market-leading off-plan developments. We have properties that appeal to all types of investors whether they are looking for a holiday home, buy-to-let or commercial investment.
  • Overseas Finance. Our Finance Consultants offer advice and arrange mortgages for residential property based in or being purchased in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Canada, the US and Cape Verde. In addition, finance can also be arranged for commercial or property development projects based in the UK or France.
  • Specialist UK and overseas property portfolio and retirement planning. Our Property and Finance Consultants have created a tailor-made consultancy service available to those who require specialist advice on property portfolio building, property used for retirement planning and niche overseas wealth management and estate planning.

  • Additional services that Partners can promote to their clients: Partners’ clients will also have the opportunity to:
  • benefit from our assistance with opening foreign bank accounts, arranging foreign insurance policies and foreign currency transfers and getting the right foreign tax/accountancy and legal advice.
  • attend free overseas property investment and finance seminars and workshops if required.
  • receive UK property finance advice and services – as a lot of our Partners already operate in this field we have been sure to create our Assetz Partner Programme so that it does not conflict with your interests. However if you do require UK finance services for your clients we can create a bespoke package for you and, in this case, please ask for more details.

3. How do commission payments work?

The Assetz Partner Programme is designed to offer you an additional income stream which is both sustainable and significant. Commission payments are available for the promotion of three main services to your clients, although you are not obliged to promote all three.

You will be paid only for the services that your clients use and, if your clients do not wish to use all of the services or you do not want your client to receive all of our services, you will still earn for those that he does require/use. Schemes offered by other companies similar to Assetz will pay, on average, a small fixed commission but don't allow you to see the exact amount you'll be receiving or do not allow you to earn more for your continued business or close partnership. We believe our scheme is the most generous in the industry and, what’s more, we are not afraid to show you an exact breakdown of your potential earnings from day one and pay you as much of this potential earnings up front as possible. It is this that makes our services, in addition to their quality, stand out to industry professionals who are looking for a property investment partner.

We provide you with a personal log-in, a full on-screen report of your pipeline commission and regular email alerts to keep you posted of your total income potential. And, if that wasn’t enough, we also pay you for sales of any products that you recommend to a client that is already known to us and already registered as an Assetz member.

4. How much can I make from using the Assetz Partner Programme?

You can make additional income from three main areas of the Assetz group, quadrupling the potential income that you could make. No other property investment company is able to provide you with such a diverse number of services for you to offer to your clients. If you introduce a client to Assetz, who is not already a registered member, you will receive income every time the client uses one of the three main services during the first year since his introduction to Assetz! If you introduce a client to Assetz for a particular service and he is already a registered member, you will still receive income for this particular time that the client has used our service so you don’t miss out!

The main areas are:

• UK and Overseas Property
• Overseas Finance
• Specialist property portfolio and retirement planning service
• Commission levels - Property. The default commission level will be 10% of the amount received by Assetz Plc from the developer for the particular property sold to the Partner’s client. Enhanced commission levels are available to Partners who assist with the sale of the property to their client, rather than simply introducing a client to Assetz. For the sale of certain developments the Partner will receive further enhanced commission.
• Commission levels - Overseas Finance. The commission level will be 20% of the amount received by Assetz from the lender for the mortgages sold to the Partners’ clients for the first 5 mortgage cases, 25% for the next 5 mortgage cases and 30% for all further mortgage cases. In addition, a flat payment of £100 is also made to the Adviser from any mortgage-related fees paid to Assetz by the client.
• Specialist property portfolio and retirement planning and bespoke services. The commission payments for the use of these services are established on a case by case basis depending on the products purchased by the Partners’ clients.

5. But how much exactly will I make?

It will all depend on how closely you would like to work with Assetz, which services you would like to promote to your clients, or which services they are interested in and how many clients you refer to Assetz. It is misleading to give details on the amount of commission that can be expected without speaking to you about your business model, your particular requirements and the needs of your clients.

On receiving your enquiry we will contact you to discuss what you are looking for, to introduce our business units to you and to perhaps set up a face-to-face meeting so that we can establish a close relationship from the outset. We believe that by talking to us and perhaps by meeting us, you will feel reassured that we are an extremely professional set-up and we will be able to deliver the high quality service that you and your clients require.

The commission structure can then be discussed in more detail to find the right level of commission to work for you – only then will we provide you with our contracts so that you can sign up to our Partner Programme, using the commission scheme agreed upon. You will then receive log-in details so that you can access our Partner Programme Portal and begin referring clients instantly. Enquire now so that you can find out sooner rather than later how much your particular business could make from a partnership with Assetz.

6. When will I receive this income? How is it paid?

Commissions will be processed at the end of each calendar month and in the first week of the next calendar month company cheques will be issued to Partners for their due commissions on sales for which we have received payment. A minimum payment amount of £100 is applied so that if your due commission is any lower than this it will be carried over into subsequent months until the minimum payment amount is satisfied. You will find that due to the high level of commission payments used by Assetz, this will not affect the speed at which you are paid.

7. Do I have to recommend all of your services to my clients or can I hand pick the services that complement my business best?

By signing an Assetz Partner Programme Agreement you are not obliged to then introduce clients to all of the services offered by Assetz. You can refer clients to a limited number of services if you wish.

8. Would you consider changing any of your normal offering if I need something a bit different from you?

Absolutely. Your clients, or even just one particular client, may have a very specific property investment requirement that is not displayed on our website nor included in the three standard areas proposed which we can still help you with. Let us know what you (and your client/s) need and we will package a bespoke service for you.

9. Do you require me to be the client-facing Partner at all times or can I hand a client over to you to receive advice and services from you directly?

The choice is yours. Your agreement with us gives you two options from which to choose. You can choose to remain the point of contact at all times to your client (and therefore we will not contact them about their case at any point as we will contact you with questions and information and you will be able to pass this on to your client). Alternatively you can hand your client to us for their property investment and finance requirements and we will therefore liaise with them directly, whilst keeping you up-dated on our progress via the Partner Programme Portal and email alerts.

10. If I already work with a property company can I also work with you?

If you already work with a property company who only offers a limited number of services and you would like to also work with Assetz to ensure that you are providing the most independent and wide range of services possible to your clients, this is perfectly fine with us. The agreement with Assetz that you will sign in order to become a Partner and receive commissions is not an exclusive contract.

11. Will my clients confidentiality be protected?

How do you ensure that my clients are not presented products or services which conflict with my business? When you set up your 'Partner Account' you will be asked to specify which services you would like us to present to your introduced clients and which services you would like us to expressly NOT present to your clients to ensure that our offering is exactly what you are looking for. Our IT systems have been designed by our in-house specialist IT teams with our Partners in mind – they are not bought, pre-packaged systems that do not allow for flexibility. We have ensured that client data is therefore highly controlled and that no human error can occur as the system will not allow errors. As long as you are clear, when you sign up to the partnership, on the services that your clients should or should not receive from Assetz, our systems will not fail you. You will notice that UK property finance, although offered by the Assetz group, is not part of the standard package offered to our Partners. This is because, as many of you already operate in the UK mortgage and financial markets we believe that you are not interested in this service (and in fact you feel that it would conflict with your services) and have therefore created our Assetz for Partners offering to exclude this area of our business. However, you may find that even though you do offer UK finance services that the service delivered by our UK mortgage department is very different to yours and could, in fact, complement the services that you have already established. If this is the case, or if for any other reason you would be interested in providing services in this area for your clients, please mention this when signing up to the Partner programme.

12. How do I introduce UK and /or overseas property investments and mortgages to my business?

The Assetz Partner Programme is designed to help you introduce clients to us and earn part of the commission we receive. You can use the Programme in a number of ways that suit your business or website.

13. How much will I need to spend on this area of my business?

We have designed our Partner Programme to allow professional advisers and property agents to offer an additional service to their clients with no or very little extra cost allowing for large margins and instant profitability. Most Partners who already have a website, shop window or offices, will have no need for any outlay as they will be able to promote our specialist property investment services via these methods using the materials provided by Assetz.

14. What do I get once I sign up?

The first step is to complete the Enquiry Form if you are interested in becoming one of our authorised Partners. From here, one of our team will call you to discuss your needs further. We will walk you through each service and give you additional information on the particular properties / mortgage services that your clients could be interested in as well as the full detail on the commission structure available. We will also be carrying out our own due diligence on your business to check that it is in line with our company policies. Once we have finished our research and we have agreed a commission payment level / service offering with you, you will be sent the applicable Assetz Partner Programme Agreement for you to sign and return to us. You will then be provided with your log-in details for our Partners Programme Portal. Once at this stage you will be able to refer clients to Assetz via this Portal, track your cases, and view the commission payments that you will be receiving. You will not be able to view this Portal until you have signed up and received log-in details.

15. How should I best display this service on my website?

16. Do you train me, if I am inexperienced, in the art of property investment?

Absolutely, we are very experienced in passing on our knowledge and expertise to our clients and therefore we can do exactly the same for you so that you can pass it on to your clients. We invite Partners to workshops, seminars and one-to-one consultations to allow them to fully understand the concepts behind good property investment.

17. Is your company regulated by the FSA and therefore can I feel comfortable working with you?

As UK and overseas property investment does not fall within the scope of the FSA, we are unable to be regulated by this body for this part of our work. We are, however, fully registered with the FSA for all of our FSA-monitored services.

18. Is there a minimum and maximum amount of time I have to sign up for?

There are no restrictions on the length of time for being a Partner of Assetz. We would like to offer our services to you and your clients for the long term, building up a close partnership over the years which will ensure that your income from property and property finance is improved on year upon year. Becoming a Partner is easy. Simply complete the quick on-line form and you will then be contacted by one of our team to discuss which programme and which packages are best suited to you and your clients.
