The Assetz Web-Affiliate program is designed to offer joint marketing revenue splitting for web sites operating in the field of property, investment and finance.
We offer an initial 10% of the company earnings on net sales commission from the developer on any property and between 20-30% of the company earnings from the bank on any overseas mortgage sold through our Web-Affiliates, which can rise depending on the success of the individual Web-Affiliate.
In addition to this, we will also make a £100 upfront payment to the Web-Affiliate for all Overseas Mortgage purchases.

Assetz is one of the most successful property investment and finance companies in the UK - the Web-Affiliate scheme is designed to help you introduce clients to us and earn part of the commission we receive. - Include property listings or overseas mortgage tables in an IFRAME on your site
- Have a custom designed white-label site designed for introducing clients to us
- XML integration to your existing property or mortgage database and the receipt of sales enquiries from your site via XML
- RSS feed containing property descriptions and pictures, overseas mortgage best buy tables and links to our property and mortgage information pages already encoded with your Web-Affiliate ID. For more information, see our FAQs.

How it Works
Becoming a Partner is Easy
Step 1
First you will need to complete our Enquiry Form if you are interested in becoming an authorised Partner. From here, one of our team will call you to discuss your needs further.
Step 2
We will walk you through each service and give you additional information on the particular properties / mortgage services that your clients could be interested in as well as the full detail on the commission structure available.
Step 3
You will be sent the applicable Assetz Partner Programme Agreement for you to sign and return to us.
Step 4
You will then be provided with your log-in details for our Partners Programme Portal.
Once at this stage you will be able to refer clients to Assetz via this Portal, track your cases, and view the commission payments that you will be receiving. You will not be able to view this Portal until you have signed up and received log-in details.
