  • Client Services Co-Ordinator (Bi Lingual French / English) , Maternity Cover

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a client services co-ordinator to support our busy French Property sales department. No experience is necessarily required, as full training will be provided in-house, but you will need excellent French to native standard as you will be dealing with French banks and French agents on a daily basis.

    Reporting directly to the International Sales Manager, and ultimately the Chief Executive.

    Job Description:

    Job Specification:

    • Provision of support to the French sales team by providing after sale services to our English speaking clients and coordinating the actions of the back office department and mortgage department.
    • Day to day liaison with French speaking agents, developers, notaires etc in order to ensure sales progression rate is optimised.
    • Providing full support assistance to existing and new clients by explaining the buying process and liaising with the various bodies involved in French property purchase.
    • Responsible for keeping all the parties updated with the progress of the sales and you will be tasked with dealing with any issues that may arise during the buying process.
    • Offer full support and personal assistance to members of the paid Assetz France after-sales service

    Skills

    • Ideally suited to either a native French speaker with excellent English or an English speaker approaching mother tongue fluency in French. Equivalent written skills also required.
    • Great telephone manner and very client aware
    • Highly organised with great administration skills
    • Confident, articulate, self starter, team player
    • Hard working problem solver with ability to multi-task
    • Strong IT skills (highly competent on MS word/excel etc)

  • International Property Consultant

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for an International Property Consultant to join our expanding French and International property division. We currently sell significant volume of French property through our French division and are expanding into other regions and property types.

    Reporting directly to the French Sales Manager, and ultimately the Chief Executive.

    Job Description:

    • Primary contact for inbound telephone and email property enquiries
    • Close sales leads to meet personal and company targets
    • Respond to customer demand and maintain required stock levels
    • Assist in targeted marketing campaigns
    • Account management of designated affiliate partners & suppliers
    • Attend regular exhibitions and seminars to positively prospect potential clients

    Skills Required:

    • Graduate Calibre (ideally with a Sales, Marketing or related degree)
    • Good language skills would be an advantage
    • A good understanding of the real estate market either in the UK or abroad would be ideal

    • Confident, articulate, self starter, team player
    • Highly organised, hard working, ability to multi-task
    • Strong IT skills

  • UK-Based French Property Mortgage Consultant

    Job Summary:
    This is a mortgage-broking role in a busy French Property business. Experience in a mortgage/financial environment would be useful but no experience in French mortgages is necessarily required as full training will be provided in-house. You will however need to be confident dealing with figures and financial material as well as have excellent communication skills.

    Job Description:
    You will be English speaking with very good French or native French with very good English. The job is office-based in Stockport, near Manchester.

    Initially you will be providing mortgage examples to potential clients, then assisting them with completing the French forms and liaising with French banks to get the mortgage approved. You will then be assisting with the procedures to be followed for the setting up of these mortgages and setting up French bank accounts for the clients.

    You will be a problem-solver, with excellent IT skills and have a good telephone manner. You will be highly motivated, hardworking and able to take the initiative.

    If you are involved in customer service, administration, sales or finance, are good at figures and love working on the phone in a busy office, this is the role for you.

    The right candidate will have the opportunity to work on mortgage applications for other European countries in the future, so other foreign languages are also desirable.
